I founded Blooms and Roots Apothecary out of a lifelong calling to help others heal — body,

mind, and spirit. As a registered nurse with a background in trauma and emergency medicine, I

witnessed both the power and the limits of conventional care. After years at the bedside, I began

to feel the pull toward a gentler, more holistic approach — one that honors nature, nurtures

balance and encourages people to take part in their own wellness journey.

What began as a few handcrafted herbal remedies made for friends and family quickly grew into

something more. Their encouragement and trust led us to open Blooms and Roots Apothecary in

December 2023, a space devoted to living in alignment with the earth and leading by example.
